Gear Oil 80W-90 GL-5 gear oils are recommended for usage in motor vehicle gears, which are exposed to extreme pressure and temperature loadings. This especially applies to rear axles with hypoid gearing. Furthermore and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, they may be used for combined steering and axle gears and for non-synchronised steering transmissions.
